Branford Hills Health Care Center
is a 190 bed skilled nursing facility licensed by the State of Connecticut. Located on
eleven (11) landscaped acres in Branford, Connecticut, Branford Hills Health Care Center
has been serving the Connecticut shoreline community since 1980.
Staffed by dedicated health care professionals, it is the mission
of Branford Hills Health Care Center to continually strive for excellence in resident
care, and to provide a nurturing, compassionate environment, enhancing the quality of life
for those entrusted to our care.
Branford Hills offers short-term rehabilitation for orthopedic
and neurological illnesses as well as long-term skilled nursing and therapeutic care.
